This stunning building was transformed from just a corner brick building to an upscale and sleek luxury residential building.

Client requested design and development consult work involving: color coordinating, specifying of materials, furniture schematics and floor plans for model unit and lobby, lighting, electrical plans, and finishes.

All unit materials were selected and coordinated including flooring and tile, cabinetry, countertops, paints, bath and kitchen fixtures, lighting, and all decorative accessories and finishes.

Architectural details, walls of millwork, washes of lighting and creative signage were added elements creating a warm and inviting entry that blended well into the neighborhood’s charm and keeping with the updated freshness of the building.
