This project started with updating the hallway paint colors and entryways in several buildings within this corporate park. Then quickly evolved into complete bathroom remodeling including new flooring, ceiling tiles, custom vanities, partitions, sinks and fixtures.

La Perouse accomplished updating long dark hallways with millwork for architectural interest and well-placed artwork. New lighting was added to brighten and entry grille floor mats inserted into the new carpeting and entry tile to keep hallways fresh and clean and all within budget.

Many office suites have been expanded and updated to appeal to prospective new tenants.

Exterior signage style and colors were specified to brighten and coordinate with all the newly landscaped surroundings and common outdoor areas.
