La Perouse was asked to consult and specify furniture and materials for the main lobby and common areas within and around this executive landmark building situated on Veterans' Memorial Highway.

Furnishings, carpet, paint colors and accessories were provided to work within the existing footprint as well as expanded areas of the gym and locker bathrooms and cafe.

Exterior signs and building address numbers were all renovated to update entry areas. Bench seating was supplied to enjoy down time by the fountains and the newly landscaped gardens.
